A quaint little town, a good hour’s drive outside of Boston, Newburyport is the perfect place to spend a sunny day in fall. Which is exactly what I did. Lots of brick, lots of character. Bookshops, antique stores, cafes and restaurants, there’s a little bit of everything. Oh, and did I mention? It’s right on the water. Take a look 🙂
Meander down the streets and stop in a few stores. The antique store (Oldie’s Marketplace) is absolutely fabulous.
stop by a bakery (like buttermilk) , pick up a delicious pastry (their blueberry muffins are delightful!), and walk down to the water to enjoy it!
Escape the busyness of life for a little while in this lovely little town. 🙂
